Programme Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every applicant and student of the GONO GROUP AI Programme.

1. Enrolment

Submitting an application does not guarantee a place. Placement is confirmed once payment has been verified and you have received a written approval from GONO GROUP. Spaces are limited.

2. Payment

Programme fees are payable by bank transfer or deposit using your application number as the payment reference. Proof of payment must be uploaded so that our team can verify it. Payment arrangements are accepted: if you cannot pay the full amount at once, contact our team and a payment plan will be agreed in writing. Applications remain in review until verification is complete.

3. Refunds

Programme fees are non-refundable once training access has been granted. If an application is declined before access is granted, any verified payment is refunded to the account it was paid from.

4. Payment arrangements

Payment arrangements are accepted. Where a payment plan is agreed, full programme access and certification are subject to the agreed instalments being paid. GONO GROUP may pause access where agreed instalments are not received.

5. Programme delivery

The programme runs over seven days of practical training and includes six months of programme membership and group support. GONO GROUP may adjust dates, schedules or delivery format where reasonably necessary, and will communicate any change to enrolled students.

6. Student conduct

Students are expected to participate respectfully, keep login details private, and not share paid programme material with people who are not enrolled. Serious or repeated misconduct may result in removal from the programme without refund.

7. Certification

Students who complete the required work receive a GONO GROUP Certificate of Completion. This certificate is issued by GONO GROUP (Pty) Ltd and is not a qualification accredited by a national education authority.

8. Mentorship

Ongoing mentorship at R250 per month is optional, arranged separately, and is never added to your programme payment automatically. It can be cancelled at any time and does not replace a training package.

9. No employment guarantee

The programme teaches practical skills and provides career and freelancing guidance. GONO GROUP does not guarantee employment, clients or any particular level of income.

10. Independence disclaimer

The GONO GROUP AI Programme is an independent private training initiative offered by GONO GROUP (Pty) Ltd. It is not funded, administered, approved or endorsed by any government department or public funding body.
