This policy explains how GONO GROUP (Pty) Ltd handles your personal information when you apply for the AI Programme.
We collect the details you provide in your application: your name, email address, mobile number, province, city or town, age range, employment status, selected package, and any supporting documents or proof of payment you upload.
Your information is used to process your application, verify payment, communicate with you about your enrolment, deliver the programme, and keep records required for our own administration.
Application records are stored in a secure database. Eligibility documents and proof of payment are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible and can only be opened by authorised GONO GROUP staff for review purposes.
Access is limited to authorised GONO GROUP staff who need it to review applications, verify payments and support students. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with any government body.
We keep application and payment records for as long as necessary for administration, tax and record-keeping purposes, after which they are securely deleted.
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email us and we will assist.
